Value added tax

As a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged and none is shown on invoices. All prices stated on this website are final prices.

Nature of the activity

Büroservice: support with forms and applications, document preparation, general correspondence, job application documents, and accompaniment to authorities and appointments.

No legal services within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG) and no assistance in tax matters within the meaning of the German Tax Advisory Act (StBerG) are provided. Legal advice and the preparation of tax returns are reserved exclusively for the professionals licensed to provide them.

Consumer dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general legislation. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, I am not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement becomes known.
